My name is Felichia Fisher. I was born in Mississippi but raised in New Orleans. I'm a southern gal cooking up some New Orleans Cajun and Creole food! I enjoy every bit of cooking for my children, friends, and family. Most importantly, making everyone feel at home with Southern hospitality. I'm not a chef. I cook on my own food truck, many restaurants, and industrial cooking. I love to cook. I hope you guys enjoy my recipes. Most of them came from My Mom.
